C.O.P.S. Members receive cash discounts monthly for prompt payment. The size of these discounts may vary by supplier based on group volume, both monthly and, with each vendor. You may receive lower net pricing (shown on invoice) on items that you could not obtain solely on your own volume.
C.O.P.S. Members may receive their portion of any monthly cash discounts in full, or these can be invested as per member direction to the Administration.
C.O.P.S. Members receive a consolidated statement of their purchases by product group each month. The C.O.P.S. statement summary is easily posted to your books.
Members write only one cheque per month to C.O.P.S. for any purchases made from our list of Suppliers.
C.O.P.S. provides monthly centralized payment of accounts to Suppliers.
