1. To make available, through ophthalmic suppliers to member Optometrists, the broadest range of ophthalmic products and services for professional patient care at the lowest possible cost.
2. To allow new graduate Optometrists the same benefits as their established counterparts.
3. To ensure fair competition at the wholesale level by not limiting the number of suppliers that may supply through the group. Each Optometrist has and must have independent decision-making authority concerning which suppliers are offering the best product for individual patient care in every instance.
4. To Communicate constantly with potential suppliers to improve product, quality, services and most importantly, patient care.
